This is not the first time I have had a bad experience in this space. The last experience I had was at dinner on 02/14, Valentine's Day. The room was almost empty, it took a long time to bring the food, and the food was not very hot. Lack of consideration for customers, we had a child and they didn't bring his food any faster, knowing that they are children. The manager and staff are not attentive, they are serving as if they were shipping. Even so, there was no apology from the staff for the delay in the food. We also looked at the advertising leaflet for the Valentine's Day dinner and we are still waiting to find out where the “Welcome drink” “offer” was, big mistake! In addition, we paid for a ham and cheese board as it would be in the brochure and we didn't even see the cheese, there was also ice cream on the house or they didn't inform us that it had already run out. Please be more careful when advertising in a leaflet, but you must comply with what you offer. Anyway, I don't know how houses like these want customers with these services, with people who look bad. They didn't even make a gesture to minimize the poor service we received. I'm sorry we liked the food but we don't intend to go back.
