For my part, it seems to me that it is overrated. We went to eat at noon. The menu of the day seemed limited to me (soup and a choice of cod or meat). The cod, the portion with a lot of potatoes and bones, little cod meat. The meat was abundant, although in both the presentation was a little scary. They didn't tell us any more menu options, they didn't bring a menu nor did they have them on the tables. The photos on Google are very cool, but I didn't see those plates...
Very good and friendly service, the food is excellent, a fun atmosphere and the francesinhas are certainly something special. I'm 44 years old and it was probably the best francesinha I've ever eaten in my life.
Don't miss this place. Truly the best food in Porto. A family restaurant. Very attentive and the food is authentic, generous dishes, typical Portuguese cuisine. You leave there and think "what will they cook tomorrow?" We will return here the next time we go to Porto. Obrigado?
