I don't eat meat and as I went with friends who do, I had to ask them to please see an alternative. I ate a peasant without meat and with an egg as a substitute. I liked the quality of the sandwich and their willingness to think of an alternative. I understand that the concept is meat and that is how they gained notoriety, but having a vegetarian option will always be an added value.
Congratulations on the project! Even though it is located in a place (Muge) where there is nothing else on offer, not even nearby, the place is always full and sometimes there is a queue.
