I liked the atmosphere, decor, food, friendly staff. But the service is very disorganized, the staff sometimes seem disoriented in the room, they are all serving the table at the same time. This way they do a bad job. There was a table set for people who had made reservations, 15 people. The starters were already on the table, exposed to environmental dust, lack of hygiene and respect for customers. This arrived around 12 h and people with many hours later. Suggestion: organize the people in the room better, and everything will be perfect. More hygiene at the reserved table. It costs nothing to serve when customers close.

we had lunch there on July 16, what a disappointment! They brought us the starters even though we had not finished eating the meal, I had not finished my starter when I was served the hot dish. A half-raw chicken leg that we finished cooking in the microwave on the same inedible plate! The quantities are tiny, it's the first time I've left a restaurant hungry in Portugal! In addition, no smile or kind gesture. I experienced this restaurant with a much better welcome and exceptional cuisine. Damage

Bad experience. They don't identify the dishes that have seafood, we happened to order salmon with grouper, we would never have guessed that it came with 2 prawns on top. One person in the group is allergic to shellfish, so he had to go back. The employee even comes with a big message stating that the customer is the one who has to ask. Another time, we order a bottle of sparkling wine, the employee opening the bottle points the cork at the customer. I've never seen such a thing. The food was reasonable but the employees should be trained.
