It took them 1 hour to serve us a pizza and a pasta. Food of medium-low quality. Very expensive drinks. They apologized but that was the reality.

The worst service I have received in my life. Rudeness from the telephone service to reception. I called to make a reservation, asked for 4 seats and said that I needed a baby seat, and they got back to me with a very rude response for the extra information that I thought was important to say. When I arrived at the restaurant, empty, there was a table by the window the size I had requested, I asked if I could sit at the table, I received yet another huge rudeness. I asked why so rude, I received more rudeness. I said that it didn't make sense for me to be in the restaurant being treated so badly, if I just asked one question. And I was told it was a favor for me to withdraw. And me and my 2 small children left. I didn't even eat. But I'm not going back. And I recommend to everyone who wants good service not to go near it. The worst service ever.

I’m not too much into making reviews, but I was today in Nazaré for work and I really want to recommend Joaquim’s place. He’s very welcoming, and the family running the whole place is excellent! Food was wonderful both lunch and dinner. Please ask for reco, and wine too. ??
