Last night we went to this restaurant and had a very negative experience. We felt cheated by the price. We ordered 6 sardines for 13 euros and 3 small squid for 16 euros. Neither the fish nor the squid were fresh, so we sent the dishes back, with more than half still uneaten.
We also ordered seafood soup which was horrible. It wasn't really a seafood soup, it was supposed to be a seafood soup, but it looked more like a vegetable soup with some shrimp and a few shells.
Furthermore, the ambiance of the place was a bit depressing. There was an elderly white man outside on the floor commanding two migrant workers from Asia, and an elderly white woman in the kitchen commanding an African woman.
Needless to say, we left earlier than expected. We do not recommend this restaurant.

We found this bar by chance. The waiters were very friendly, they spoke perfect English and a little Spanish. We ordered the sardines and the fish cataplana and two bottles of house white wine. We went as a couple and to repeat.

Don't be fooled by the friendly and responsive service, I ate the worst meat of my life in this restaurant! Salt, pepper and ketchup were my tools to finish my plate.

The best was the wine, Monte das Servas €14. Frozen and half-raw squid kebab. Tomato cataplana with seafood and spicy to cover it up. The most incredible thing is that it was full, it could only be a sunny Sunday in Nazaré

The place is nice, the waiters' attention is "good" although they could improve, but for the food I give them a 0, I didn't have a good experience, the dish was quite bland, poor in flavor, the chairs were weak... I wouldn't go again. . You can't even pay with a card, it was not my best experience in Portugal, next time I will be more cautious but I definitely would not return to this place

The rice with seafood is exquisite and abundant, perfect to accompany with another dish if you share with other people and want to try more than one thing. In our case, we were two adults and a 12-year-old girl and we ate perfectly rice for one person, "½ dozen" of sardinhas and another ½ of lulas grelhadas, with a drink and it was approximately €60. Important, payment is made in cash, since they do not have MB nor do they accept debit or credit cards.
