Terrible service, they don't know how to serve and they are Brazilian. The food is Brazilian and they served an ice cream that had been defrosted and the pizza ingredients were not cut normally, they were very rough and any child cannot eat like that. But eat well.

Italian should remove it both from their name and from their minds, they should go surfing and forget about pizza. In the kitchen I saw a rolling pin at first and I almost calmed down, but I think they use it for much more than making pizzas given the dough. My friend called his pizza "parrot food for Christ's sake", but I'm sure if they fed this stuff to any bird it would already be extinct

The pizza was very good, I managed to satisfy my longing for an all-you-can-eat pizza. The staff were very helpful, polite and attentive, we were very well looked after and we will certainly be back again.
The food is very good. The service is terrible. The employees do not have the minimum training in serving tables and customer service. Each customer must always be served on the customer's side and food must never be passed from one end of the table to another, crossing the table and interfering with the meal of the customer in front. We went for lunch with 6 people, 3 people were served on each customer's side and the other 3 in front - this is just shameful! To add to this poor service, the waiters in the middle of the meal lifted the plates of two customers (a child and an elderly person) just because they were not eating at that moment and assumed that they had already finished, without giving them the opportunity to return to the table. repeat and when in reality the remaining 4 customers were all still having lunch. Being a child and an elderly person there should be a notion of ethics and a shred of common sense (the child wanted to eat again and had no plate). Furthermore, they still wanted to lift a dish that had lasagna in it, in the middle of the meal, but they were interrupted! No comments.
