The pizzas are great, the service is terrible, the young man at the counter seems to be making a sacrifice to serve people... They should be more careful with what they say to the customer, especially when we are still on a call, chatting like... "let him wait because I only have two hands"...

It's difficult to judge whether the food is good, but the service can... we arrived on Sunday, the place was open, at 8pm and we weren't received, we had to go to someone serving and order a pizza (a girl had just come out with a pizza in her hands) and the boy was extremely disinterested and apathetic, saying that there were no pizzas at the moment, only frozen ones. Lol but there's no kitchen to heat up a pizza? By God, I don't recommend it. Heavy environment.

Very tasty pizza in a cozy snack bar. Wanted a half with salami because we wanted 1/2 veggi but there is bacon in the tomato sauce... I didn't clearly communicate that I'm a vegetarian either. Otherwise very tasty.

Pizza was very good , I highly recommend. The man running the counter was nice enough but did seem very confused and put upon by the presence of customers, us and others that came in. Street is very steep so be extra careful arriving.

Since this restaurant is quite well rated, we decided to go there. Unfortunately, our start was a bit difficult. When I asked for the menu, I was directed to the poster and blackboard outside. It's probably petty, but when I read Menu 7 on the advertisement I kind of expect Menu 1-6, which didn't exist. After I was enlightened, we decided on a family pizza, which is sufficient for two people with a good appetite. The pizza tasted good. It was probably also due to our lack of Portuguese knowledge that it was a bit difficult, in other restaurants we could find our way around better. However, the staff was friendly and helpful too.
