Excellent service, friendliness and a wonderful view of the calm environment surrounding this wonderful village where time seems to have stopped, once the Templar peninsula. A recommended place to enjoy a good menu. Personally, it was an excellent octopus à lagareiro, a good wine and for dessert a walnut and pumpkin pudding. I recommend. I recommend a reservation.

We visited the O Rio restaurant on February 11th and what a good surprise. Cozy room, well decorated, highlighting some works of art on display. Very friendly service and quick service. Diverse and balanced menu in terms of offering fish and meat dishes. The choice fell on fish soup, scrambled eggs with farinheira, maranho and pumpkin pudding with walnuts. What can be said is that the service is good, the food is well seasoned and has a lot of quality. We really liked it and have already decided to go back. The view of the river is fantastic. We even forget the passage of time. Congratulations.
