Amazing is all I can say. We had steak with creamy mushroom sauce. Fillet mignon, lamb, melted in my mouth. Kids chicken meal was so good. Highly recommend.

We got in a little before close. We were fortunate enough to get a balcony seat overlooking the town and the countryside as a whole. The view plus the amazing food is an experience I wish everyone has the pleasure to experience at least once.Easily some of the best lamb ever. The cod was delicious as well. Fantastic food with great service. The only aggravation is the fact this restaurant isn’t at a solid 5 star average. They truly deserve it.

Great experience. Great fish. I recommend the bream and sea bass. Both of them were great. The food came fast and was delicious. Good experience for a date with the partner or with family. If you can sit next to the window you will receive a nice view of the valley (maybe need to reserve in advance). Great place thanks for the experience and the amazing food.
Parking: Can't park at the location. Need to park at the bottom of the town, 5 min walk.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is stairs so not accessible.

This restaurant did not look like much from the street, but I noticed that it had won a prize, so we decided to try our luck. We arrived at 12 noon and were lucky enough to be seated on the balcony (only 3 tables, only 2 people per table) overlooking the town and countryside beyond. The house wine was a pleasant surprise, the bread was fresh and warm, and the tomato/cheese salad with mint was spectacular! So fresh. I ordered the Bacalhau à Braz, which I truly enjoyed but could not finish, and my husband ordered the Medalhões de Novilho c/Molho de Natas, served which a rich port cream sauce that was spectacular! Unfortunately, we had eaten too much to try their desserts. Recommend without hesitation.

A fortunate find, directly across from my hotel. Initial feeling was reserved as the restaurant was very quiet when I entered. I was warmly ushered to a table I pointed to and handed a menu. I opted for a salad and the salmon in a sparkling wine sauce. It was, in won word ‘FANTASTIC’. I would rate it as the most tastiest salmon dish I have ever had. In fact it was so good that I returned the next night and to my pleasant surprise, not only did 5he waitress, Christina, recognise me, so recalled everything I had ordered the night before. Even the second glass of red! This time I went with a shrimp starter and the pork fillet. Again, met and in fact exceeded expectations. The night ended with a short conversation with Christina who informed me that she had been working in the restaurant for over 20 years. That to me says a lot about 5he place. I highly recommend.
good food but it was lackluster, due to the unsympathetic and grumpy waiter. conclusion: I will never come back here and this is also my advice to whoever reads this

Our AirBnB hosts recommended this place for lunch. So delicious! We had duck with orange sauce, sea bass filet and veal with mushrooms and all the dishes were absolutely wonderful.
