Have just been there and employee mentioned that the baker puts egg on top of EVERY pastry, so nothing is vegan! She said she “prefers to be honest”! 🫠

Very cozy little place ideal for eating on the go, but with unfriendly service and speaking neither French nor English, without any help to advise. Excellent sandwiches and very well served with sweet potato chips and grapes. I recommend 100% in this town of Obidos where many restaurants are adapted to tourists and are no longer really authentic

If you go to Óbidos (Portugal) make a stop here… it's worth it. The products made by them, all excellent. The owner, initially on her own, was very kind. Its very good sweets. To taste the "capinha d'Obidos"
