Ladies restroom was closed. I had to use the men's bathroom. In general, the place is not very clean. The employees are not so friendly and seems that they dont care that much to a clean environment. I dont recommend.

We ordered a crepe and they served us a frozen pancake, sad. Even above €5, excessive price.

I spent €50 on breakfast in this place (we were 6 people). Extremely slow service. To make matters worse, when we finished breakfast, we went for a walk and less than 1 hour after breakfast I asked if I could use the bathroom and they said no.

We ordered a chicken sandwich, and the chicken didn't exist, it was just bread. The coffee is also regular.

Zero care in everything. Cold and not fresh croissants, I asked for a cappuccino and they brought it to me with cinnamon on top... when I asked to have it back without cinnamon, I was brought back the same cappuccino but simply without the foam on top (very dirty cup and annoyed waitress) . Zero ease in communicating in English because they don't speak the language.
I do not recommend.

We asked to get a small treat so that we could use the restroom and were told we needed to pay 5€. It was a bit strange, but we bought some pastel de natas (were made to buy 3 instead of 1). They were okay, but the service was overall not good. The waitress was very rude. She didn't provide us with a key, following buying food, and scolded me when I used the men's washroom key (a singular bathroom), and then as I was leaving, scolded me and asked if I had locked the bathroom again, and rolled her eyes. The experience did not leave us feeling well.Would not recommend.

The service needs a lot of work. The girl that took our orders and brought the food, was not friendly at all.We had coffee and some pastries. The cakes were a little dry. We liked the rest.

With sober decor in shades of white, the interior space is welcoming and relaxing for anyone who passes by. The quality of service and professional pride largely depends on the employee. There are days when the service flows normally, others when the wait is so long and unjustifiable that it becomes an invitation to look for another alternative. Although the pastries are of quality and fresh, as well as the savory ones, the prices charged are not justified, even though they are in the renowned Vila D'Óbidos. It also has a small outdoor terrace with wooden benches. The mobile network is terrible and it is practically impossible to access both the Internet and make a simple call inside this establishment. They do not have free Wi-Fi for customers.

Quick service with plenty of space on the inside. Has a good location and it's a good place to stop for a quick snack.

Refuse to be paid by card or phone. Refuse to prepare or serve food to a child until parent returns with cash from bank. We left.

The service is terrible, unpleasant to deal with and very rude. It is not advisable to have a snack in this place. The staff, apart from not knowing anything and treating us badly for being Spanish, then demand that you pay more when they have served you the product. I give it a 0.

Really really bad. The only two in the cafe with 5 employees and then they left a sandwich on fire. After asking once 'it will be ready soon' we got it 15 minutes later because one of the ladies accidentally looked in our direction and saw that they still had customers. A dab of butter over the top to try and fix itOf course, the sandwich was hard and soggy at the same time and it made us both nauseous. Scandalous!
