If you announce online you're open and post on your front door you're closed for holidays, that doesn't make anyone happy. We went on to Al Garage in Lisbon with its fantastic signature dish: spaghetti turned in a big parmesan cheese, a mushroom based sauce, a dash of olive oil and finished with black pepper from the mill. No harm done!
