What's great is the food...
The service is mediocre, orders are forgotten, the boss argues (loudly) with the employees in full view and for all the customers to hear.
When there are group lunches, the boss joins the party and even speaks louder than the said group...
The boss's daughter (almost every day) occupies a table of 4 people, when there are customers standing and waiting.
Some time ago I saw a customer who ordered lamprey rice which on the list (due to an error on the part of whoever made the list) was advertised at around €20 per serving... when the customer received the bill, he was surprised by the much higher price ( around €79 per dose)... The customer complained, rightly so, to which the boss loudly questioned the customer if he thought that price could ever be right, as if the customer had been wrong! As if that wasn't enough, minutes later the cook (who must be the boss's wife) went to meet the customer and, loudly and clearly, asked the customer if he thought it was fair to pay €17 per dose when she had bought the kg of lamprey at €80 per kg!!!
Another situation was, one Sunday when I was having lunch and watching some program on TV, the boss's son arrived and changed the television without taking into account whether there were customers or not watching what was on...
The room could also be improved, as it is very noisy... A ceiling could be installed that would improve the acoustics and it would make all the difference.
In short, it's a shame that with such a good kitchen (in quality and quantity) it has an average/low service!

The telephone experience with this restaurant left a lot to be desired. While it is understandable that a table was no longer available when I called, the treatment meted out by the individual who answered the phone was deeply unpleasant. I felt like we were being inconvenient simply by trying to make a reservation. His impatience suggested he was doing us a favor by considering eating there. A little more courtesy and professionalism in customer service doesn't cost anything!
Reasonable food despite expecting more from a simple steak. The egg that accompanied it was too fried.

The flank steak is very tasty and very well served, served with rice, black beans, French fries and a small portion of fruit (orange, banana and pineapple). Excellent quality/price ratio. Something to highlight is the excellent service with which we are received and which makes us feel at home, especially Ms. Sara who, in addition to being very friendly, is also quite fun. I will come back!
