Weak, weak, weak... I went to a birthday party today, 20-06-2024, for my cousin who turned 13... What a surprise when you go to cut the cake and out of 3kg of cake, 1.5kg was fondant... How is that possible? ? Couldn't they have made it into sponge cake and then lined it???? Well there we followed the cutting and incredibly a cake that had been ordered sponge cake with egg and chocolate jam turned into a kind of mille feuille (for me, stepped on and ground with my feet) with sponge cake in the mix but the egg jam and the chocolate doesn't even see it.... I felt sorry for my cousin (mother of the birthday boy) when she went to cut the cake because if there had been a chainsaw nearby it would have been useful... We are a big family, usually the cakes are too small but this one we don't really know because (irony) there was more than half left... Pastelaria Forno Real I leave you with a suggestion (to practice with other customers because never with us again) if you see that the real oven is old, replace it with another one... And the decorator and pastry chefs too... By the way, when you go there and see the beautiful cakes in the window, first try to find out if they are real because the ones they make are too bad to be true... P.s. If by any chance my stomach upsets and I have diarrhea, I'll ask you for the money for the halibut....

A cake that was ordered with the flavors of sponge cake, half with chocolate and the other with egg jam and ordered with the idea of tins coming out of a box, they said they could do exactly the same and saw cakes in the window that were beautiful and looked good. I placed the order a week before I went back there 3 times before I was due to pick up the cake to see if everything was ok, will they be able to make the cake and confirm everything, then go and pick it up today, I arrive and take away with a cake that is scary to present to a child as it is there in the photo... I complained and refused to keep the cake and I went to pick it up at 12pm. I thought it was strange not to see the cake in the window, a cake that was supposed to be the way I asked and that they "could make it". They gave a solution that they were going to make another cake by 4:30 pm and they were going to resolve the situation. I was calmer until they were going to take it to my address when the cake arrived at the party at 5:15 pm with a minimally presentable cake I asked for a cake weighing at most 3 kilos A cake came with 2k of dough so when we went to sing happy birthday we realized that the tins that were asked to be cakes ended up just being dough! A sadness not to mention the horrible taste of the cake, which when we cut it looked like mille feuille dough with leftover egg jam, a horrible taste and they charged €70, shameful! My brother's sadness with the cake that was just dough

It was sad what they did to my son's birthday cake. I ordered it a week ago, I chose the filling and I sent photos of what I wanted. And it was like on the net horrible reality expectation. They said they could do what I was asking for. On the day to collect the cake, I took it sad and disappointed, it was horrible. After opening it, the filling and sweets that I had chosen were even worse... The dough for the Richa cake, not to mention the 2 kilos that I paid for just for the dough, because there wasn't even any cake inside. I paid 20 euros per kilo and asked for up to 3k, they gave me a 4k cake, half in bulk...End of the party, the whole cake on the table, the child was sad with a horrible cake. Really just the price I paid
