I went there for lunch on July 20, 2024 with some friends. The atmosphere was excellent, with live music, which is pleasant and then becomes unpleasant when the volume is too loud, which happened because we ended up not being able to talk to each other and the purpose of lunch was to socialize. I asked if the fish calulu was made with dried and fresh fish, they went to ask and they told me yes. I ordered it but it turned out it was just fresh fish, so I was fooled. Two other people asked what the special mufete was like and explained that it was made with horse mackerel and accused but they said there was no cacusso. They ended up choosing horse mackerel mufete but in the end two cacusso mufetes arrived. It was very bad. They had to wait horribly for the horse mackerel mufetes to come. Bad information provided by the employee and the "supposed" owner. I don't recommend it to anyone who likes to eat what they ordered and to anyone who wants to hang out with the people I get to have lunch with.

Place with a warm Angolan atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, good live music, unfortunately the food was not what I expected, the quality needs to improve. Very limited white wine list.

Terrible service, if they continue like this they will continue to lose prestige and customers.
Employees without education and professionalism...

As an Angolan, I can say that the food is authentic! The best Angolan restaurant I found in Portugal! The only annoying part is the opening hours are so limited, I really wish it was open more days/hours during the week.

Good food, terrible and difficult service, I ordered 2 teas and it took 20 minutes to bring them, I ordered a mucua juice and a full coffee after paying, they didn't bring the change.... in short, they work for profit, forgetting that they are gradually losing customers. I won't go back.

Angolan food restaurant. The dish I chose, fish calulu, was well prepared, with just one drawback, it should have had a piece of dried fish, it could have been 1/2 piece of cod, however they used 1 piece of cod. I asked for a little more and they almost served me 1/2 dose. There is adequate background music and the staff, including the musicians, are friendly. The downside is the price if you order another item appropriate to the dish, you pay separately, which makes the meal expensive. A must try for those who like these dishes. I liked.

The boss is horrible, leads her workers to have a horrible attitude. they laugh in your face when they complain, they offer a stupid portion for the amount you are paying and they exploit the fact that they are an angolan resturant to get away with many things. Avoid as much as possible
