I just received an Alfacinha Burger, ordered via the ubber app, with the lettuce in the state shown in the photo. You don't serve lettuce like that to anyone, whether in the establishment or at home.

I have been living in the US for the past 6 years, where burgers are a big deal. I was impressed in coming to Portugal and finding a place where the burgers are way better than a lot of places I tried in the home of burgers. Great jobs guys.

The burger bun is very soft and tall, which means the filling can be eaten without the bread. The food is satisfactory. I didn't find the seasoning on the burger exceptional.

Terrible service, I called to order a hamburger and terrible service, not even the name asks for the reservation, I get there I have more things than I ordered because the person thought they were extras, but when you think about it, ask! Because if you replace the bread it was normal what else would be a replacement due to the order itself, I paid almost 15 euros for a hamburger which is not bad but the environment that involved everything leads me to never visit this terrible place again! It's better to eat at Macdonalds than in a place with some refinement and good food like you guarantee to have, pay more attention to orders both by phone and in person! Guarantee proper service first because I won't even talk about the answer I got when I questioned the price. Terrible ! It was mocking the choice I made in choosing you.
