Terrible. At night the drive is terrible. More than 10 minutes waiting to place an order, another 15 until the order arrived and it was wrong. I bought a happy meal toy, just the toy, I was charged, and after 20 minutes they told me that these Macdonalds don't sell them individually. And at the end they still asked me if the “order is correct?” Goodnight! And I'm not, I paid for the toy, if I don't take it you won't get the money either” and that's the only way they reimbursed me.
What makes this Macdonalds different from the others? If they don't sell it, why were they able to charge me?
Didn't the employee in question know? Spare me the excuses. Provide more training to employees. In Castelo Branco I buy individual toys, they even keep the ones my son is missing. Castelo Branco does it, Odivelas doesn’t! Sadness!

Great place. Unfortunately there is a lot of couriers, especially in the car park. Usual food. McDonald's, for those who know it, know it's good fast food.
