Order it on the menu and they bring everything fresh to the table, there are pieces you can write down that you want brazed and they do it, I always ask for the Philadelphia gunka brazed and it's really perfect! Very fresh sushi! I recommend this restaurant!

Miya sushi is an all you can eat place where you pay a fixed price and choose dishes à la carte.
We thought the prices were fair for this type of restaurant. We made a reservation and we also recommend that you do so, so that you don't end up sitting at the tables at the entrance that are the kitchen's fault, where you will end up smelling like fried food.
We thought the menu could have a greater variety of dishes, particularly proteins. The service was friendly, but we felt it was a little confusing and the dishes took some time to arrive.
Of the dishes we ate, we have good things to say about them all, although we thought the fried ones were very full of oil. The Chinese noodles are absolutely incredible, as is the breaded chicken. Order the Japanese beer, it goes very well!
In short, a good experience, but with some areas for improvement
