Restaurant that overcharges for what it serves. Tight space, to monetize there are too many tables, we eat on top of each other, zero privacy. The Portuguese stew was ordered, which arrived in a heap and with cold meats, a portion for two with a spoonful of rice and another of beans, the meat left something to be desired, few sausages, nothing to point out in terms of flavor, the picanha was poor quality hard sole type. Poor service, we wanted half a serving of stew and the employees didn't even look at anyone, so we ended up giving up. Noisy space we had to speak in a loud tone for the person in front of us to hear us, place to avoid, thanks for the company.

I made a reservation on a Wednesday in person at the restaurant for Saturday the 13th, needless to say that after reserving a table for 5 it was not reserved on the day and I had to wait another 30 minutes for a table I still had to wait another 10 minutes for it to be arranged the 5 place.The attendant leaves in the middle of the order, comes back out of nowhere and in a bad mood.Summary: bad service and very disorganizedI only give 1 star because I can't give less.

I would comment on the meal if they had let me eat on the premises.I called the restaurant on Saturday to try and make a reservation for the following Sunday. I was told that they didn't make reservations and that if I arrived at 12 o'clock there would be a vacancy for sure.I arrived at the restaurant at 12:02 and saw 2 empty tables and 2 with a sign saying reserved. I asked if they had tables available for 3 adults and a child and they said I had to put the name on the booking list.I went to see the list of appointments and it had a lot of names and supposed reservations for the next few hours.I asked them to take into account that I had just done 100km and that I had a child in my arms and they said to wait for the appointment list order and that it would take an average of two and a half hours to be seen.I asked for the complaints book and in an arrogant way on the part of the employee, I was denied.I went for a walk, and after two hours the restaurant was swamped with people and they still hadn't called the people who put their name before mine.I asked for the book again and was told by the "Owner" that he didn't have it in space.He said that if he didn't have the complaints book or if he didn't want to give it to him, he would call ASAE to come and visit the restaurant. The owner then went to the car to get the book and it was handed to me.The interesting thing is that while writing the complaint in the book, I ended up being verbally and physically threatened by frequent customers of the space....For me, this was the worst place where I wanted to eat a meal and it wasn't possible!!!!
