This restaurant recently launched a new product called "SANDES SERRANA". Made with crispy water bread (Chapata), it contains ham and Serra Cheese. An explosion of flavors that you must try. This is the type of delicacy that everyone, regardless of their origins, will love. Furthermore, this restaurant focuses on "Queijos_com_História", buttery cheeses from Serra da Estrela, which, being a product of Odivelas, are linked to King D. The sugarcane juice can be better than the one in Brazil! Delicious pastry! Cold beer is excellent service! I still need to go back and try other dishes, but for now EVERYTHING we tried, along with the friendly service! It was a great choice!

I went two weeks ago to eat the Brazilian rib, which by the way is very good, I love the food and I love the service from the waiter Christopher, the only thing that ruins this place are the owners, who are rude and rude, they don't greet you and They don't even look at you in the face, they take advantage and use the establishment to get drunk while the guy does the work of two people. This is unacceptable, I simply like going to places where I feel at home and being well served, and you don't see that there, I would go back because of the service from the waiter Christopher, more because of the things I saw and the fact that the owner was stuffing his face instead of Helping the employee made me give up on going back there. Today I witnessed an annoying situation with the waiter named Chris, I was with my wife as it wasThe third time we went, we went because we liked the service from the guy, who was always cordial and very friendly, something that is difficult to see nowadays, but today was a totally different day. the owner of the establishment, who calls himself the owner, started to be rude and shout at the boy, even though I was in the background, my wife and I heard everything that happened. This was all because of a tip, and also calling the guy a Liar, this gentleman's behavior was unacceptable and abusive, I've never seen anything like it like today. You should value your employees who win your customers, after all, they are your bread and butter. One day I'm sure this establishment will close its doors because there is no education on the part of the owner. And to the attendant Chris, all our affection. unfortunately they lost a customer due to the owner's whim and lack of education.

I was at the restaurant today with friends and my family, we went because of the ribs, which by the way are very good.We were informed by the waiter that there were no more, as they had sold out during lunch.We were in disbelief, after about 20 minutes the waiter came back saying that they did have that rib.Like this? We could still choose how many we wanted.We ordered two orange juices, there was only orange for one, in short a place that would have everything to work but the owners don't know how to manage the business or have left it in the hands of those who don't know, it even seems to me that they are taking advantage of the space to drink and enjoy instead of working.At the end of it all, another legend to pay the bill where the card machine didn't work.Second and last time at this establishment.
