Inadmissible, I live in Arroja (which is relatively close to the pizza hut Odivelas store) and they don't deliver to home in this area, the employee's response was that it might be a new street (this street has been around for 50 years ?). I wanted to try pizza hut for the first time but that's it, they lose a customer to Telepizza which is even further away than this Pizzahut store and they deliver here to my address.

My cousin brought me and my husband to this location, and I have to say Pizza Hut in Portugal is way better than Canada. We got the pizza roll bites with pepperoni, olives, and pineapple, and I would definitely recommend it.

A lot of fuss with orders, a fight between employees for 1 hour for a pizza to come out as if it were baked over wood.
A little confusing when delivering orders. There is no organization. Customers get ahead of each other.

I went to the place to celebrate a friend's birthday, when I arrived I was asked if I had a reservation and there wasn't a soul in the store, they put us at the worst table with 0 people in the room, I had to ask for a better place, that's how it was done but I spent the whole night and no customer came in, just us! When I asked for promotions, they didn't have them: there was no main pizza, there was no cinnamon, there was no lemonade, there was no promotion for drinks! Anyway, I won't be going back, in the end they denied me taking the pizzas as I always do!

Everything was fine. Most of them were accommodative, except 2 of them. One of them was very aggressive who was taking care of the cutlery. Another person was kind of indifferent when asked for hot water. Otherwise it was fine

The fact that a medium pizza is double the price (18 euros) if you want to eat in the premises and whilst you pay 8.95 if you take it home, the price difference at Pizza Hut is simply ridiculous, the workers don't know how to convey the correct information and It's sad that pizza hut is being overtaken by every other pizzeria. price/quality
