This Monday, June 17th, I went to the restaurant with a group of 5 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children at 8:55 pm. When we arrived we were greeted at the door by Mr. Alexandre Lomba, I believe that due to his different clothing, he would be the head of the room, and the approach was extremely arrogant. A speech about having to make a prior reservation for a large group as the layout of the room does not allow tables to be joined together, and everything is fine, we understand that and we apologize as it was the first time visiting the establishment, the problem was really the way of the message. It seemed like we were not welcome there. The restaurant had a lot of empty tables and there was an empty round table that they ended up seating us, claiming that it was reserved but that they were going to seat us, after 10 minutes, reflecting the employee's speech and approach, we chose to get up and go to another restaurant for dinner. . I advise Mr. Alexandre training communication methods.
