Yesterday I had a birthday dinner at this restaurant and I have to say that the experience wasn't the best. Dinner was scheduled for 8pm, they only started serving the dishes around 10pm.
I ordered a well-done burger. When they arrived at the table with the burger, I asked if it was well-done and they replied “yes”. A friend of mine said that he had also ordered a burger and the girl said that it was his after all. They served all the dishes except mine. They asked what was missing. I said that the burger was missing, to which I was told that it would take a while because they had forgotten. And after all, both burgers were well done...
A friend of mine had ordered well-done francesinha. He also asked if it was well done, to which they responded with some arrogance: “the well done one is being well done”.
We also asked if the francesinhas came with fries, because they didn't come to the table right away. And the answer was “they come accompanied, but with time”.

Splendid place to eat. Incredible food very well prepared. We have tried 4 different plates and all the food were well served and extremely well prepared. The deserts were fantastic as well. Price relates with quality. I regret not taken photos from the plates. Definitely recommend it.
Parking: We have to look around a little bit but it wasn’t difficult to get a space
Kid-friendliness: The waiters are kind and friendly. It was very nice to be served by Dote restaurant waiter.

Terrible service today from 3 girls, to the point where they made fun of us when we said the order wasn't good. We asked to call someone responsible and were literally ignored. They raised glasses and cans full of juices and potatoes when there were still people eating.
It should be noted that, on the other hand, we were very well attended to by two young men and an older lady who we thought was responsible.
But I don't recommend it.

About our dinner experience today… unfortunately it was not what we expected. Right next to my face, there was a squid smeared on the wall and another dead in the corner and the sofa where we sat was dirty between the grooves. The service, although always friendly, left something to be desired either because they picked up the dishes in pieces at absurd intervals of time, or brought our meals at different intervals of time. The food itself is nothing out of the ordinary. From other experiences with Marca Dote, which have been fantastic so far, this establishment was marked not to return.

Unfortunately my experience was not pleasant at all, we ordered two grilled sirloin steaks with rice, potatoes and salad. A seemingly simple request...However, despite the delay, the quality of the steak was very poor. I'm not referring to the preparation, but rather the quality of the meat. The taste, odor and color of the meat made it clear that the meat was not fresh. We left more or less half of the steak on the plate, ate what we could and no one deigned to ask if everything was ok with the meal.A restaurant that charges €54 for two people cannot present a dish of such low quality, I don't think the meat was spoiled, but it was very close to that.It is clearly an experience not to be repeated.I do not recommend
