Before going to Sushi At Home for the first time, I read the reviews and was a little hesitant, but I decided to try it anyway (and I'm glad I did). A unique experience, I didn't know about this concept of a restaurant just for delivery and take-away. The sushi was great, the soy sauce is of good quality, and the presentation of the packaging is very creative, I loved it! The price is acceptable, and if you share it with one person it's worth it, I eat a lot of sushi and I'm satisfied! I was treated with kindness and the service was super fast! Thank you ?

The sushi pieces just by their appearance could tell from miles away that they weren't fresh, terrible sushi, the worst I've ever eaten. It was worth the guiosas, which weren't bad, and the poke sushi, which was fresh. However, it is a restaurant to never order from again.

I hereby explain the facts that led me to cancel and refund this amount that I consider undue:- I ordered the meal at 8:00 pm- At 9pm I contacted the restaurant who informed me that they were running late- At 9:53 pm I contacted the restaurant again, who informed me that my order would be out within about 15 minutes- at 22:17 (more than two hours after my order) the restaurant informed me that the order was on its way and that it would take 15 minutes to be delivered. They asked if I wanted to go ahead with the request, to which I responded affirmatively.- at 22:48 I contacted the restaurant questioning the delay, as it had already been much longer than 15 minutes. The restaurant informs me that the driver had a problem with his motorbike and that he didn't know how long my delivery would take, which made me cancel the order.The store posted on the app that I was the one who cancelled, and the full amount of the meal was charged. They demonstrated complete unavailability to resolve the problem.

Too bad, I placed an order through the Uber Eats app and after 2 hours I didn't receive it and they keep changing the delivery time and the phone number available in the app says “number not assigned”, however very bad service and if they can't guarantee requests, do not accept

I am sorry to put this rating, but it has nothing to do with the quality of the food but with the service.I was contacted by the store manager in Odivelas, following a request to clarify the delay in delivery, this lady who identified herself by the name of Aline Mikiline, had a behavior that does not correspond to the good name and quality that this house has. Without any degree of responsibility, professionalism and education towards the customer. Completely careless. The record remains.
