A restaurant in the groumet category that is nothing more than an intermediate space and with serious flaws in terms of cleanliness, but especially in terms of reduced doses where the idea of ​​tasting menus or for those who want to stay on track. Not for those who want to have dinner (in my case).

In terms of the atmosphere, I liked it, however, on a Saturday night, I would expect more movement, even in the area.

But let's start with the dirty glass on the table that wasn't checked. Accept it in a tavern, not in a groumet space. The bathrooms could be better and cleaned more regularly.
You would expect to find calm, background music that captivates you when you enter, for example.

In terms of sushi, very good, very tasty, good proportion of rice.
The normal or truffled meat did not disappoint, however mini doses were served. This was clear in the normal picanha with the sauce on the side. Putting all the little bits of meat together, the steak ? is simply tiny.

For the price of the meal, expensive, very expensive, 35% above average, or 10 to 12% above the groumet category.

Finally, the desserts, delicious and in adequate portions.
Saved the classification in the last minute!!!

In short, 3 stars, with room to improve and provide a better experience for its customers.

It took practically two hours to serve a group dinner. The dishes were delivered to the table, with an hour difference between the first and the last. For example, they brought the soy sauce for the starters to the table, about twenty minutes after the gyosas were placed on it. There were raw hamburgers and green mango, pokes. The menu chosen was with all-you-can-eat drinks and it took between twenty minutes and half an hour to deliver the drinks. The food is not extraordinary, and disproportionately expensive for the quantities. For me, the culmination was that three people ordered sushi and, due to the lack of communication from the employees, they came to order the dishes at the table because, supposedly, “no one had ordered that dish” and it would be for another table. In other words, they don't communicate and, apparently, it's normal for dishes to circulate from table to table. It's regrettable.

Updated on 05/2024: We are regular customers and the quality and variety of sushi has decreased a lot in recent times. The sushi is largely based on mayonnaise or creme fraiche sauces and the flavors are repetitive and without any differentiating notes. The boss sequence is practically the same as every time we've been there. The advantage continues to be having good meat for those who are not sushi lovers.

You can't be excellent when the food is good but the service is terrible!
Don't just walk by the table and ask "Hi, how are you?" The last one that happened to me was hilarious.
After lunch, I ordered a Porto. Answer: We don't have Port wine, we only have it from Alentejo!
After explaining that I wanted a digestive, the employee went to the bar and came back with the following answer: after all, we have Port wine but we don't serve it by the glass, only by the bottle. If you want a glass, it has to be from Alentejo...

The blue sangria was very good, sweet, and not strong.
We ordered a salmon carpaccio, which was very well seasoned; and 32 pieces of the chef's sushi, which, despite being very good, were not enough to fill up. In fact, there are not 32 pieces because they are mixed with vegetables. That part left much to be desired.

A frequent customer of the house, something must have changed a few weeks ago because if the sushi is good, the service was horrible every time I sat down, we had menus on the table. They told us to sit wherever they wanted, I had to call the employee to order after having already been waiting. Some time ago we asked for a menu from the chef, it was the most economical one as it was not what was ordered, the drinks came twice to confirm the sequence between courses, slow, out of adjustment as it only existed in the restaurant at the time, 4 tables, not usual in the house, the staff dedicated themselves to their cell phone regularly, it was available pay attention when unpacking glasses in a bar near the bar, the customers at the table next to mine had to order the drink twice at 2 cpm coffee sweetener normal coffee lack of customer attention as the restaurant has worked at other times only with the number of people who were present, in short, a house that I started going to because I liked everything. I will consider whether I will return. Cheers for the new stage, as I think something has certainly changed.
