Unfortunately, the service no longer lacks panache; the employees leave us waiting a long time, and they are not friendly.In terms of food/drinks, I highlight:- negatively the coffee, which no longer has any quality/burnt flavor, only the pastries continue to have quality.

Certain two uninteresting waiters and a forty-year-old counter lady who, on many days, is terrible and unfriendly, should be a back-office waiter, no counter, no Social!!!
Good and iconic pastry shop near the Palmeiras shopping center. Maintains quality in bread and pastries, however very poor service and table service, tables need to be left for more than 10 minutes and little promptness in serving customers. Employees who are not very competent in their role. It could be much better organized and managed, they would sell a lot more and they wouldn't lose customers they take for granted. Good luck and good work.
