I went to the restaurant to have lunch from the buffet menu. As for the buffet, there was nothing. Misleading advertising. Terrible garlic bread. Then, it was supposed to be potatoes with cheese sauce, but there was only barbecue sauce. I asked for another sauce, like mayonnaise, and they didn't. I asked for salt for the potatoes and was told there was none. The pizzas were small in size (I was not informed) and, supposedly, I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it came with half a pepperoni pizza and the other half a pizza with sliced tomatoes. The lady who served us even told us to choose the pizzas we wanted; So we did and a mixed pizza came. Dessert was the only positive point. Overall the establishment was dirty; the table where we ate had leftovers from other people's food. Very disappointed, I had never been to a Pizza Hut where I had a similar experience. I recommend zero eating there; Maybe ordering is the best option.

I don't have much reason to complain, the staff lacks a little friendliness, they didn't confirm/show the order to me. There is no doubt that in Santarém I receive much better service. I wouldn't exchange the Pizza Hut in Santarém for this one!! Here I didn't notice any attention to the customer. Proximity is missing.

I'm disappointed with Pizza Hut at Oeiras shopping mall, I ordered through Bolt at 9:31 pm it's now 11:12 pm the pizza is still preparing I contacted them via chat and they said there was a delay but after 3 contacts I decided to cancel and ask for a refund . Because it was getting very late and my son wanted to eat pizza. A huge lack of professionalism. If you can't deliver pizza within the time it advertises because it accepts orders and charges for it, leaving customers waiting practically 1:30 to 2 hours, I want my refund, but the app still says it's preparing the pizza...

I placed an order with Uber at 3pm, I waited 1 hour or so until 4:20pm after the courier arrived at the establishment my order was cancelled.. ridiculous and not even satisfactory. Bad establishment. I don't recommend it and I won't order it again. I contacted support because it makes no sense that there is no contact from the store, and they tell me to call Uber.. it's always passing the buck from one to the other..

The food was good at first, but after a while it turned out that my stomach couldn't handle it all and was completely empty. I actually wanted to eat on site but since both entrance doors had probably been open for hours, it was very cold in the dining area, which is of course very unpleasant. The pizzas I ordered weren't at all what I wanted, even though they weren't anything special. The soap was missing in the toilet and finally I have to say that you can put away the old dishes and leftover food from your predecessor!

Everything would be ok if it weren't for the fact that I went to get the pizzas and one of the pizza bases fell on the floor. It might have been hot, but that doesn't justify one of the employees kicking it with his foot and putting it back next to the others to serve again. Employees do not wear gloves and this shows a lack of hygiene.

Excellent pizza made by the best hands, especially the hands of the honorable Graça, who I had the audacity to ask her name who immediately a generous manager by the name of Bruno, gave me her name, he even treated me with great professionalism and respect !
