This employee who seemed to me to be the supervisor of the team that day and, while providing training at the same time, managed to articulate and have the necessary calm and set an example for his teammates who were undergoing training, on how to deal with a client who was completely lacking. of notion. There was a huge group that placed an order, which caused delays and the queue to get longer and longer, but everyone in the queue except for this customer who was the first to be served after the group and who was the only one who didn't have sensitivity of understanding what he was saying, created such discomfort, which was sad to see and hear. The employee calmly explained to this lady that he could only continue with the remaining requests when the group was fully attended to, which you can understand, because this way all the hot dishes came out at once, and then served the remaining orders, especially because in the kitchen, my dear people work with human beings and not machines. Anyway, this review is essentially for this employee and my congratulations for example of calm, rigor and professionalism!Keep up the good work!
