This is a Portuguese pearl facing the waves. The service is great, nothing pretentious yet everything delicious. Great chatting with the owner and the chef, top notch people.
The clams were very good, the friendliness of the waiter was top notch and so was the sea view. The atmosphere is very old, in need of renovation, quite empty and the servings are not generous considering the price.

Despite the beautiful view, the service is quite frustrating. It seemed like they didn't want us there. The fries were delicious, but in such small quantities that they didn't justify the prices charged. A feather
Vegetarian options: French fries/baked potatoes, soups or salads

Saisa is a pleasant restaurant by the sea and managed by professionals with over 50 years of experience. Uncomplicated atmosphere, superior quality at old prices. I loved it, I relived times gone by and I really recommend it.

He wouldn't let me sit down with my bikini top on (I can understand that) but then a Portuguese woman arrived to whom he said absolutely nothing and sat down. It was rude, bordering on and treated us rudely. The food was good but overpriced for the portions. €7 for a small plate of potatoes… with that I say everything. I would never do it again and I do not recommend it, they do not want to work and it seems that they are doing you a favor by serving you.

The decor of the restaurant is retro, the food is traditional and delicious!! The chicken was divine, the flavors harmonious. Yes, everything here is old, the chairs, the tables, the waiter. But! The toilet is clean and tidy, the food is tasty, the old man serving is nice and smiling, why should everything be brand new and modern?? This little restaurant has charm. ❤️ All the charm and kindness of a disappearing age group can be found here, not to mention the wonderful view. And what's a bigger compliment than empty bowls??! ?Thank you!

Terrible attendance! My friends and I went there, we asked if they had ice cream and the elderly gentleman, the attendant, was super rude. The same said "No, we don't have ice cream, shut up, let me work". Anyway... I don't intend to go back there
I went there with some friends and asked if there were ice creams and the elderly attendant was rude and spoke badly to us I don't recommend it, he said he didn't have ice cream and said more nonsense that I won't say here, he was rude for the same reason I don't recommend

Frankly bad!Bad experience in all aspects! The food is poor, lacking in flavor and personality. Bread and cover are the most basic. Any tavern in Lisbon can do better in gastronomic terms. Nothing stands out to the average level.Prices are high without any relation to the very low level of delivery. The lack of respect for the customer... ?Decor is non-existent, space is old and ugly. The only good thing is the nearby beach and sea view!

Great view, service and well-prepared food
Just like always! Unique location, paella living up to expectations, attentive service, vintage facilities. Good quality/price ratio. To come back!

Very nice place to have lunch. A great view of the river/sea, and the Bugio lighthouse. Efficient service. Good price-quality ratio.

Wonderful viewpoint from the terrace, mixed paella with more pork than seafood, I still wonder why ?, an imperial that is acidic and I had to replace it with a cola, an unforgettable lunch, I won't be back. They don't accept the Edenred card
Restaurant très bien situé mais complètement dépassé. Mauvaise expérience pour moi, dommage...
