They devalue the service they provide to the customer and focus, from my perspective, only on maximizing profit and sales, whatever the cost. Clearly the chicken portions they sell are not acceptable for the price they ask. Not a good quality/price ratio. I insisted on consuming the products from this restaurant several times, in an attempt to find satisfaction, and currently not wanting to return. Competition, fortunately, exists. This is my opinion.

Sunday, 1 of the dishes of the day, cod à lagareiro, perfect, it was exactly what I wanted, I ordered it and went to get it, to my surprise, it wasn't freshly made, it was in the fridge and it wasn't grilled, it had been made in the oven, I don't know how long ago. Big cap.

My wonderful sister ordered: 1 Frango (chargrilled chicken), 1 Picanha (thin sliced beef with a small fat cap), Salada Tomate (quarterly sliced tomatoes with sliced onions in olive oil), Feijão Preto (black beans), Arroz Branco (white rice), and everything was delicious.It fed a party of (4) 2 middle aged adults and two 60 year old adults. That Frango, which is chargrilled is the star! It’s Addictive! Once you’ve had the Frango here, you don’t want it prepared any other way. I promise you!

I went to get a dozen of potatoes for take away and my surprise when I got home and a serving of potatoes that was supposed to be enough for two people was just enough for one and it had more packaging than potatoes, only coming with the bottom of the packaging covered in potatoes. I've already gone to get chicken and never had anything to say but I was SUPER disappointed with this service

I went to the Oeiras steakhouse because I liked the food, but I'm here to make a complaint because I've smelled a strong smell of ganja on several occasions and the last time I came across an employee in uniform smoking ganja at the door of the establishment. .I don't think it gives the company a good look, especially since several families with children go to this same establishment.

We are pioneer customers and family members in oeiras. It is unfortunate that some employees colluding with the person in charge ( when I say some!! because there is turnover ) pretend to be very friendly after getting to know us as regular customers and then we are deceived !! taking advantage of educated people !!YES!! because before we place the order, they say very kindly what we want looking at the confidence that is my case and then they ship the order with the reject!! REGRETABLE!!!!
