Rude staff, food clearly not fresh, and didn’t seem to do me well in the hours afterwards. The pictures in the menu look tasty and amazing, but when the food comes to the plate it just doesn’t correspond.

Yesterday I placed an order for delivery at home and I didn't have dinner. It never arrived. Today I went there with my daughter and the unfriendly and arrogant waitress said it was very late and we had to eat quickly and pay in cash. I've never seen a person like that. If they don't change, I don't believe the business will continue for long. Horrible experience I lost my money yesterday and so stupid that I went for lunch today. Never I will set a foot on that place nor recommend to people. Awful lady at the entrance.

We hate it! Tasteless food, or everything with the same taste, giant sushi, shrimp, salmon and squid, all very out of date, overcooked. Nothing they served was good and the service was terrible. I'll never go back

A very negative experience.
The carvery was well below the average of other restaurants. Few options to choose from, very outdated menu, huge and tasteless pieces, the fish is not fresh and the teriaky was terrible, it looked like grease and extremely sweet, the shrimp tempura seemed rubbery and super oily (I couldn't eat it).
The structure of the place is poor, just one bathroom and very small, very tight circulation spaces.
The service is not good. I didn't see any positive points and I don't intend to go back.

Sushi compatible with the price. When compared to direct competition this is the best. If you want to eat good Sushi, it won't be here, but for the price it's enough to make you miss it or say it was the last time...
