I watched several times as they arrogantly prevented dogs from being on the terrace. In fact, there is signage. Since 2015, when the legislation was changed, restaurant and cafe owners cannot prevent the presence of a dog on the terrace. Need to review internal standards and improve customer service.

Well located by the sea, nice food, sloppy service. The restaurant has many employees, but there is a lack of coordination. We placed an order that never arrived. The person who served us poorly understands Portuguese and this forced us to repeat our order 3 times. We ordered a dish that after 15 minutes they told us it was no longer available. The place deserves more careful management.

I came face to face with the closed space. Which I found strange, because for years it was always open on Sundays. It was unpleasant. But, if something happened on a personal or health level, I understand!

Service is slow. The food, in addition to few fish options, is of poor quality and high prices.The bathroom has the worst sink ever for washing your hands. I couldn't appreciate anything about this place. Avoid

I had very sad experience thereLook at the many bad ratings, they indicate regular issues with quality of serviceI want to contact the administration or the quality control services; in this restaurant I filled out a complaint book with a photo statement attached to my review.We came to this establishment on February 18, 2024 at 14:20, there were four adults and four children. We placed an order of fairly simple dishes, soup (which Amanda said was in stock), burgers and fries, and several more complex dishes of salmon with baked vegetables and dessert (which they never brought us, although they added to the bill).The first dish was brought to us after 1 hour and 20 minutes, only after I had a conversation with the administrator and said that I wanted to add my review to the book.The administrator herself pretended that she did not understand what I meant and only after some persistent requests did she bring it. She also did not want to enter her data there and pretended that this was how it should be.
