Terrible service, they don't care at all about informing the customer about the waiting time between the order and when it will actually arrive, taking more than an hour for the food to arrive, they are unable to meet the table capacity they have. Flavorless picanha, nothing special food. Avoid this restaurant!!!!

Had 3 fabulous lunches here last month. Wonderful friendly team looked after us, food was amazing and great choice of drinks. Lovely atmosphere on the beach overlooking the lagoon side of Armona. See you again soon x

Our family have been coming here for the past two years and since coming we have seen a serious decline in the quality of everything. The waitress when we first came was very rude and seemed like she’d rather be anywhere else. We first ordered wine and a bottle of water (there was 5 of us) she brought out three wine glasses and 4 glasses and we assumed she was going to get more ,we waited 15 minutes before having to go inside to get our own. Then my mother ordered fried squid. What we got out was obviously meat. There was no denying it as it was bleeding and red. When my mother asked was it the squid the waitress told her yes and was adamant and kept very condescendingly telling her it’s how it’s made in Portugal. This was clearly not squid and we had to ask three times for her to be actually served squid , each time we were complete shut down ans told its the portugese way. My mother couldn’t eat it and so asked for it to be taken off the bill and the waitress was once again so horrible about the situation. Was also completely blanked when we asked for the bill and I had to go inside whre again I was ignored when I asked her while standing right in front of her. Just overall was made to feel so stupid and small and so severely dissatisfied and disappointed with every aspect of the dinner. I’ve added photos of the ‘fried squid’ if anyone can disagree with the fact this is clearly meat.

I’m not sure if it’s because we were English speaking or if it’s because we were a young family but it was very clear our patronage was not wanted. 1 of the servers was very friendly but the rest were very rude. They sighed every time we ordered or asked a question. Beautiful location but very disappointing

We ordered drinks and wanted to eat cake from the menu. 4 different things were on the menu. The waitress pointed out to us that there was only one piece of everything left (3 p.m.). We then ordered this piece. Orange cake - wasn't a hit. We didn't receive any drinks at all. Staff wasn't friendly. Didn't go to the bars in the first row because of the higher rating, but the second row isn't recommended here either. I can't understand the high rating.

This restaurant is really not worth the detour. Average quality cuisine, average welcome, taking into account the prices of surrounding establishments, particularly on the neighboring island of Culatra where we saw and tasted the difference in terms of freshness, quality of cuisine and welcome.
