Very nice presentation, good taste but the service is lousy frankly it shows that if you order not to make a large order you are not really appreciated...

A nice restaurant and friendly but very slow service. Staff don't always seem to be inclined to just come over and ask questions or serve quickly. The sushi was very tasty but the Tom yum soup was a little too creamy for my liking. Tasty though and not a bad price.

The food was ok but the price-performance ratio is not ok. The prices are also significantly too high compared to the good restaurants on the Olhao promenade, but this is most likely due to the very unique location on the bay. You can also enjoy the view of the bay from the complex itself.

As lovers of Asian food, we decided to give this place another try after being very disappointed on the first visit a couple of years ago. What a mistake - it was even worse!!
A long wait for any service or acknowledgement at all. Then my Edamame bean starter initially arrived with no sauce at all and no bowl for the skins. Delicious duck in the Bamboo-style Pékin duck dish, but very strange accompaniments - piles of vegetable crisps. My husband’s chicken fried rice was very bland.
It gets worse: there were not many people inside - more outside - but, inexplicably, there was a DJ constantly playing techno disco music far too loudly. Just horrible, completely ruined the evening.. Why not gentle background music, perhaps Asian..?
A very expensive bad experience, never to be repeated.

Oddly i am posting a review without entering the establishment. Decided not to go in because the building faces the wrong way!! The star of the show, the ria formosa natural Park, is faced by mostly wall, whilst the terrace faces into the plaza, and at best sideways on. Should be bulldozed and rebuilt.

Apart from being very expensive the food is absolutely not good! Terrible imitation of Thai/Chinese. Enjoy a beautiful Portuguese diner in any of the local restaurant and avoid this bambou.
