The food is pure and very good. The ambiance is island specific, authentic and rustic. The waiting times are very long at peak times. But since the island clock ticks slower, it's worth it. :-)
Después de tres días por esta zona, por fin un sitio donde te atienden bien, con simpatía y alegria. La comida todo calidad y riquísima. Pedimos sardinas y lubina que estaban exquisitas, incluso me atreví a pedir postre y cual fue mi sorpresa que me encantó tarta de zanahoria buenísima y casera. Calidad/precio comparados con la isla el mejor
Traditional Portuguese food at its best! Delicious dishes such as Cozido à Portuguesa, Fava beans stewed with Cuttlefish, Cod with Cream, Folded with Beans, Chickpeas with Pork Feet. In addition to these, we also love the grilled fish and meat, made to order. Of course we have to mention the homemade cakes.
