Restaurante Chinês JIN SHAN - 金山酒楼

Very good Asian food with a lot of options and combos.
The owner is very nice and kind, feels like you're having dinner at your grandma's again.
My personal favourite for dining in or taking out Chinese food. Would recommend

Delightful staff that informed us about the area and answered questions in fluent English. Food was so nice and staff were accommodating. Are here 3 times throughout our stay

Everything was brilliant, food, very friendly staff a specially Supriya and Shahid , atmosphere, prices, great taste everything was hot and delicious very reasonable prices dinner for two with drinks €25 I strongly recommend this place, you can eat inside and outside and look at the sea ?

Nice little Chinese restaurant on the waterfront near the Olhão municipal market. Recommended with the caveat that this is a Portuguese take on Chinese food (as others noted).

We ate lunch at the restaurant and had a couple of their Prato do Dia (plate of the day) specials - currently 7 euros per plate.

I had the fried noodles with shrimp and my wife had the sweet & sour chicken. Both were very tasty and the portions were large enough to have some leftover for takeaway. The entrées were served with egg rolls (though these were more flat and broad than round). The egg rolls were good (crispy outside with tasty filling).

With beverages and take away containers we ate for a little over 20 euros (but you could stay under 20 euros on a budget and a larger appetite.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very patient with our minimal Portuguese and helped us in English where needed.

Called in here, late one lunchtime for a quick bite.... Food was good for the price as it was a lunch special, the Staff were very good as they had really closed for the lunch but still accommodated us.... it was very quiet so couldn't say much about the atmosphere as we were the only ones there at that time but i'm sure its better at a busier time.

On the ria front, close to the market, restaurant recommended by friends, traditional cuisine of quality and quantity for a very reasonable price

Parking: It is preferable to park towards the commercial port where there is a large car park or at the other end otherwise frequent penaltiesL

Fantastic crispy duck and chop suey eaten here. Service was good and the cost was low.Lovely place.

Supriya, our waitress, was an absolute delight! So sweet and helpful! We tried some starters and had the clay pot duck which was very tasty!

The waiter (Indian guy) is particularly arrogant and rude. If you like to be touched with a game of seduction; he is probably available. More seriously, I suspect he is not normal; while on parallel World (drugs or otherwise).We ask to be served by the Portuguese waitress because the service is rough and very unusual. He doesn't understand the situation and he thinks I'm jealous (really, he's offset and he don't understand I'm with my friend and we are not a gay couple!). We refuse to order dessert from him and only from his colleague. We don’t take the coffee… to huge!Without access to napkin, you have to clean your hands and mouth with the tablecloth on the table. At this point we have a limit to arrogance and poor service.We won't go back... but only if we want to let ourselves be gently caressed by the Indian waiter; better to run away!
