I wanted to try some of the seafood rice dishes but you can only get it if there are 2 of you who are going to eat it, my partner is vegetarian so i didn't try it. The waitress suggested some other options and i got the squid, she said it was simple and would give salad chips and rice. Well i must say it was very delicious, i never had such nice tasty squid and all the sides went great with it. A good portion which was just right for me and only €8.

Went back three times as the staff, service and food were absolutely top class ?. Advice about different dishes on the menu from the owner was very helpful in making decisions about what suited us best. She was spot on ?

Served inside, because everything was busy outside (two outside tables had become free after 2 minutes), the table was sticky. Asked for water, the waitress literally slammed a bottle of room temperature water at us without asking if we wanted it cold. Asked, always with courtesy, for the change, we just missed it arriving on my husband's head. We asked for explanations about the dishes with the waitress who only spoke Portuguese (or maybe she pretended) while we didn't. He demanded that we understand the dishes they serve and he gave us the cataplana while we asked for something else. Staff not at all inclined to smile. Icing on the cake, you can NOT pay by credit card. All black for bad service. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED. DO NOT GO!!! There are better places

A must see in Olhão!Simple place but with divine snacks and flavors. The shellfish; oysters, clams and razor clams are top notch. The prawns in orange sauce are the jewel in the crown. But I haven't tried the xerem yet, next time! I strongly recommend!

2023 One year later Late supper when in Portugal sea food is the only thing on the menu for me every place I eat at is my dad’s favourite locations resto (Ta Pronto) the clam the shrimp and the fish salad but especially the razor clams.. 2022 In the market area of the city of Olhão, you will find several seafood restaurants. Often the small ones give you the best food for your money and here is another example. At the far end of the market building there is a corner restaurant called (Ta Pronto) the seafood is fresh not expensive and if you arrive late there is a good chance that most of there specials will be gone. example I had for supper, Raiser Clams and garlic shrimp what a meal I’m loving it…. the flavors were spot on!!
