Lagar do Avô is a restaurant located in a century-old house with pleasant atmosphere and village-like decoration. The restaurant has good parking options, is wheelchair accessible, and is kid-friendly. The food is delicious and the dessert, such as the almond jam, is highly recommended. The employees are attentive and friendly, with the exception of one older lady with short black hair who was criticized for her unprofessional behavior towards a employee and customers. The service was slow and the lady was unapologetic about the delay, but the friendly boss and another employee named Paloma made up for it with their helpful and kind attitude. Despite the issues with service, the food and overall environment of the restaurant was praised and deemed worth a return visit.
