I loved the decor, the food, the atmosphere, the friendliness. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes good Portuguese snacks. Pleasant surprise: the rice pudding.

Normally it would never occur to me to have lunch in a place so geared towards "camones" tourists, but I'm glad I did. This little house is big on hospitality and flavors. A strong candidate for 5th star - to be confirmed on the next visit!

Please note that this was my personal experience, in no way an attempt to devalue the restaurant. Snacks restaurant, small but with personality, calm also because it has few tables. For snacks, there isn't much variety, but what they do have is good. Friendliness is not enough to cover the service, they basically forgot about our request! With apologies, but it is still a correction... The lack of a book on the menu makes the choice more difficult. I really loved the little details and the chocolate mousse, one of the best I've ever had.

Beautiful place, the man who seems to be the owner served us four hours so kindly, so helpful ! Cooking is so typical, you like you don't like whatever, you eat here the traditional dishes, in a traditional place, with a warm welcoming host. Perfect moment, not expansive at all, thank you

Amazing place! It was such a nice surprise for me — a super delicious food (I had a fish soup and a cod carpaccio — both were very tasty, yumm!), very cosy atmosphere and really kind, friendly and discreet service. It was unexpected even if I checked their rating before I went there — believe me, this place is worth every point they have!

Cosy place with very nice staff. The “dishes of the day” were delicious. The local cheese in olive oil was fabulous. Also they serve a great local red wine as house wine.

Restaurant with a very rustic and "medieval" atmosphere. The concept is based on several snacks, all delicious, made with traditional products. There were also 3 options for daily dishes. The portions of snacks and dishes of the day are generous. The service is very personalized and pleasant. Reservations are possible.

Há muito tempo que não me sentia tão bem num restaurante. Local acolhedor e aconchegante. Adoramos os petiscos. Comida feita na hora. Sra Laura e o seu pai foram umas pessoas tão tranquilas e amorosas para com nós. A comida é realmente muito boa. O preço está dentro do normal, nada caro. Está muito bem localizado para seguirmos para um passeio a pé até ao Castelo. experiência a repetir sem dúvida
