I visited this snack bar for the first time and had a very unpleasant experience. I ordered the dish of the day, which was supposed to come with potatoes, rice and salad. I was informed by the employee, after placing the order, that there was no more rice available. No alternative side dish was offered, so I asked if they could replace the rice with mashed potatoes, which I saw being served in a different dish of the day. The answer was that it was not possible.
The fries that came were visibly made in super saturated oil, with a horrible taste. I asked for ketchup twice – the first time the waiter forgot, and the second time, it took about ten minutes to bring it, serving it in a small glass container without any expiration date.
In the end, I asked if the dish of the day included anything besides the main course, and the waiter said no, but that he wouldn't charge two coffees to make up for the lack of side dish. However, when paying, they were charged for the coffees.
In short, the lack of customer service, the questionable quality of the food and the disorganization of the service made this an experience that I do not intend to repeat. I do not recommend this snack bar.

Very bad... Lunch time, dish of the day: chicken kebabs.. French fries made in old/rancid oil with a horrible taste. The kebab can be eaten but it didn't have much flavor. Not to be repeated. €30 for two people without dessert.

I realize that holidays are difficult days to serve so many people, however, several tables were served in front of us and when we went to the counter to order, the response (in a bad tone) was to wait for the waiter to come to the table. Unfortunately, either the waiter was blind or our table was invisible as we waited 40 minutes until I gave up. A lot of lack of respect.
