I was astounded by the price of a slice of Red Velvet Cake...more than €4 and it wasn't big...the waitresses also need training in friendliness!!

The eclairs and cakes are good. The service provided by all the employees at the Oeiras Parque store is the worst I have ever seen. Unfriendly, without any pride, looking like they are doing a big haul. I don't understand how the company's management isn't more careful when selecting employees and doesn't see what's going on in the store.

I like the eclairs, that's why I go there, but the service is always terrible. In a bad mood. And it seems that it doesn't work to complain, because there are lots of complaints and nothing changes.

The service is very bad and inattentive. I asked for a drink that was supposed to come with Chantilly, they handed me a drink without Chantilly, and when I asked, they said it didn't have it. Well, then they shouldn't have sold the drink!

Bad service at Oeiras Parque. The employees talking loudly to each other, barely looking at the customer and continuing in the same tone, loud and stressful, like a supermarket, “is it card or cash, do you want a taxpayer?”. In such a pleasant space and in keeping with the tradition of the Porto house, I would have expected another welcome, another attitude. There are no price tags. Just a table, with tiny letters, away from the main counter. Provide training to your employees.

Have been buying pastries here since 2019, when they were still amazing.Sadly, things changed recently. The quality is decreasing at ever accelerating pace. Not to mention increase in price. Seems to be decisively heading for self destruction. Really sad. Hope they can still manage to turn things around.

Frozen éclaires!!! Not only the price is DOUBLE than the shop in porto but also the quality is wrong! They are clearly defrost and taste like the fridge. Spent €12.50 for six mini defrost éclaires! So disappointed :(((
