I've been going to this restaurant for a few years and it's always good to go back there, I'm usually satisfied with the experience. I don't think the value of the menu is high for what is included, with bread, toast, olives, chorizo butter and everything else available, meat, potatoes, salad, fruit, sauces, drink and dessert (just one). I love the sangria and the sauces. However, the last time I went there, the beef wasn't very good quality, it was quite tough. The staff are helpful and efficient. And you have to expect your hair, skin and clothes to smell like fried food that day ? but, overall, it's a place I'm very happy to return to!
Wheelchair accessibility: I think that, at one time, the stairs leading to the restaurant were adapted for wheelchairs, but they are no longer and it's a shame.

I've been going to this establishment for 10 years and it never disappoints me. Sometimes it's difficult to get a table at the last minute, but the wait is always worth it. The old cast iron pans are an authentic relic, without which the experience would not be the same. The fresh fruit, sauces and freshly made chips are exceptional. The meat, whether beef or chicken, is of excellent quality.
The softly lit environment and the respect for the original features of local homes are aspects that I deeply admire. The dishes, designed by Bordalo Pinheiro, give the meal a unique character. This restaurant is, without a doubt, one of my favorites, for several reasons.
Despite going unnoticed by many who walk along the waterfront, this place is a true hidden treasure.

Entering Marginalíssimo is like passing the threshold of your grandmother's house, remembering the songs, smells and flavors. The view is magnificent, the food is tasty and plentiful, the atmosphere is cozy and familiar. We will always come back, as long as this lovely little Portuguese corner remains.
