Extremely unique! Wonderfully imaginative cooking combining Mexican and Portuguese influences.

Wonderful experience for my wife and I. Food was stunning and the wine that was paired with it was great. Service was phenomenal - staff took the time to explain the dishes and the wine. Will definitely go back whenever I'm back in Lisbon.

The owner / waiter was not welcoming and the experience overall doesn't deserve a bib gourmand mentioning. Food: The food was average, you clearly see that they have a vision but a lack of capability to execute - all the dishes are blend and the individual dishes are not going well together. The tiny peace of eel with the Korean bbq pickled reddish is a joke ... :D Cutlery, dishes and interior: The dishes are all cracked and the cutlery is the ikea set for 4,99 euros. The kitchen / bar looks decent but the rest of the interior looks cheap. Service; To be frank, it was a disgrace!

Deliciosa experiencia y extraordinario servicio. Conocer a la Cheff Ana Karen fue espectacular: hizo todo para cumplir una experiencia culinaria única. El menú de degustación una verdadera delicia: 100% recomendable!

Excellent dishes - very interesting. Customer service was 10/10, came to us to explain every dish. Best thing I had was the smoked eel and the parsley sorbet for dessert. Highly recommended!

Victim of racism at the place because I was presented with a person of African ethnicity, they didn't want to find a table! The person in charge says she is not forced to serve, when she doesn't want to!

It was a very enjoyable meal with fun flavors and good wine pairings. We wanted to love it more but nothing really had a wow factor and the portions were a bit small. Everything was very good.

Worst Bib Gourmand around Lisbon, sizing is ridiculously small. Value is terrible, food is not that good and yet is very expensive. Go to the other Bib Gourmands if you’re following the Michelin… I’ve been to all Bib Gourmands and most Starred restaurants here and they’re worth it, except this one.
I stopped ordering after seeing what was up with the 7 dishes we ordered for 3 people, and went to a bakery to actually fill us up.
The eel was a joke, it had 2 thumbnail size pieces of eel for us 3, with a much bigger salad on the side, even though this was not a tapas.
Menu is poorly crafted, items are confusing as they list first something that is not a main ingredient, e.g. a dessert wth ruby chocolate as a the first ingredient turned out to be a peanut foam.
I do not recommend at all

Excellent, all dishes were excellent from the beginning to the end. We highly appreciate the amendments made to the menu due to some food restrictions (i.e. vegetarian) and the quality of the service. I can only recommend !

Great experience. Food and wine pairings were excellent. Service, by one of the owners, was relaxed and effective. We will return.

It was an amazing experience. I have no idea what they are doing with food, but it is extraordinary. I wish them to get 2nd Michelen award ❤️

The food overall is average. I wouldn’t have even commented nor leave a review if the host, also apparently the chef, was more polite and welcoming.

She all night behaved like we left her a bad review. So I’m realising her self prophecy.

Michelin has surprised us in the sense that there is no relevance of the pictures of sophisticated food they had on their website and what we were served last night. Totally disconnected and the food is very unimaginative.

It is also overpriced. I personally enjoyed the “Novilha D’Aire”, however It is a very small dish in size and 27€. Imagine.

O PastusBib Gourmand according to the Michelin Guide.Place for 16 people maximum, plus a table of eight. The owner, Annakaren Fuentes, is also a chef, head waiter, sommelier and waitress, because the restaurant staff is limited to her and Breno in the kitchen. There is a menu and a tasting menu, which is what we chose: bread, seven dishes and two desserts. The first three, served as snacks, are excellent: oyster, tongue and leek, each with its accompaniment. Then, some wild fish, tuna and skate, also very successful. Finally, a veal, slightly overcooked, very well accompanied by a carrot puree. For dessert, a refreshing avocado ice cream and a creamy ruby chocolate. With the room full, the service is a little slower, as is natural seeing how limited the team is, despite its great productivity. Of course, Annakaren never loses his smile.Interesting and recommended restaurant.
