We ordered the all-you-can-eat meal for two people and we weren't even told what promotion was running and they told us the price was more expensive. It took 15 minutes for them to come to our table and the room was empty. Service was very slow and they never came to our table to check or ask something like if we wanted more drinks considering that we asked for a drink refill. We always had to get up and go to the counter to ask for something, and the lady on the cell phone. Maybe that's why the service is so slow and the lack of professionalism. Not to mention calling the lady to order dessert or a drink and they looked and turned away, neither a response nor a good night. Of course, such service was not provided by the entire staff, but those who were should have been more careful as it is not a good image for the house.

We ordered all-you-can-eat pizza for two people. The service was slow and unprofessional. One of the starters was completely forgotten by the staff until we requested it, and when it was delivered it was not what was described on the menu (a dish with potato chips and cheese sauce). Furthermore, the pizzas were nothing special and they all tasted the same. It's not worth the price.

Simply terrible service. There is absolutely no organization, with many tables available they leave endless queues at the entrance and, even after customers are seated, they make them wait more than half an hour until they are served. The pizzas aren't terrible, but the quality of the pizzas is also poor. It makes a person think about the training that is given (or not) to these employees and collaborators. Unacceptable!
Worst pizza restaurant you can go to. 25€ for two dry, child size pizzas (hand for comparison) and fries with somebody's hair in them. Huge disappointment

Terrible service, I'm young and I still had to come and comment on this, which is not normal. Super rude attendants. I heard one of them delivering the wrong order while saying "Don't worry, I'll deliver it like this, they won't notice." to the person in the kitchen. Not to mention that we waited so long for our food and the prices are increasingly absurd. €18 for a medium pizza that takes almost nothing and yields practically 2 slices per person (there were 2 of us). The only thing that was good was the garlic bread and the store's decor. I will not repeat my visit again.

Terrible attendance.The attendant only answered the "basics" with great unwillingness.Also, the ice cream with oreo, more than half of the cup is whipped cream with some ice cream at the bottom and oreo. In other words, almost €4 to eat whipped cream lol.I don't recommend the one in Oeiras Parque, but I recommend Pizza Hut da Parede.
