The pasta is so good ? thanks to the staff’s recommendation! He told us honestly what is recommended and what is not. Very helpful ?However, octopus is just average. I think The flour layer is too thick and a bit hard.The desert is a disaster, but it may be our fault. We found the soy custard interesting so we would like to try, but the flavour is so weird that we couldn’t finish it ? we tried twice but still ?The staff is friendly and I think the whole vide is quite family and casual.

Main dish was very simple that I would not order again or in another place. The overall experience was good because of great service and dessert. Set menu deal would be a good deal if main dish would be more up to the standard. May be other days of the week or other totems in menu are better for main dish. Precooked sea food with reheated stock..Risotto, no balance and rice over cooked with no real creaminess or consistency.Tenderloin with lobster sauce. The sauce had no lobster flavour or no bisque. It was cream with some pieces of defrosted over cooked lobster. Steak was good.Disinterested staff. When offering water service the water should not stay unfilled and I should not have to get up and do it myself..

Quartos espaçosos, banheiro idem, mas quarto pouco iluminado a noite, somente por abajours, e falta tomadas extras para carregar celular e tomada no banheiro ou perto de algum espelho para ligar o secador, alias, levei meu secador proprio, nao vi no quarto e nao sei se oferecem, assim como nao oferecem condicionador de cabelo nos amenities. Ha um gel/shampoo, de uso unico para lavar o corpo e cabelo. Mas hotel é lindo, funcionários atenciosos e excelente localização, super charmosa.

O hotel tem quartos excelentes, grandes e confortáveis, porém internet é ruim, fiquei no quarto 327 e não conseguia conexão ou era fraca demais, outro ponto negativo é o café da manhã, fraquíssimo pro hotel que é, pães e café vem à mesa, temos que ficar esperando um atendente pra tomar café, leite ou pedir mais pão e tem pouca variedade, o bar da piscina não funciona bem, fica na parte interna do prédio e geralmente não tem ninguém pra atender, paguei alto preço nas diárias e achei ruim o custo benefício!!!

O hotel é excelente e bem localizado. O quarto e banheiro grandes e muito confortáveis. Atendimento excelente. O Spa também muito bom. O prédio histórico e a capela dão um charme todo especial ao local. Só não dou as merecidas 5 estrelas da estadia em função do restaurante. Pagamos por uma meia pensão (jantar) e se pudéssemos teríamos desistido. Acho que é um ponto que deveriam ter uma atenção especial e melhorar! O atendimento excelente já a cozinha deixa a desejar…
