I come here often and I always had a great experience, food and service wise. During the week, the team is efficient and the service runs smooth. There is a waitress (short, with short hair) that is super efficient and helpful. But today (Saturday, May 4th) has been a complete disaster at lunch time. Clearly understaffed and some one of the guys doing absolutely nothing (Joao, a guy with mustache) and a girl wearing braids. The other waitress (young black lady with glasses) could not manage everything on her own and they let all the work to her while the other two were doing nothing. She was clearly new and nobody to help her or support her. 20 people waiting to pay, another 10 waiting to place their order, everyone waiting for 20 min and complaining and this lazy guy inside the kitchen pretending to be busy. People like him ruins every business and stress their colleagues to the maximum. Shame on him, no respect for the people they work with and no work ethic whatsoever. I hope the manager reads this and fire this two lazy individuals, they do not deserve to be working here.

One Friday at the end of the day we had to go to Oeiras Parque and ended up having dinner there.With its own private room, in the restaurant area on the 3rd floor is the butcher's shop, a pleasant surprise in terms of both flavor and ambience.I'm not a big fan of eating in commercial areas, but this time there was no room for me to realize that I was in one.A well decorated, clean and well presented space, there was even a note of a hand sink at the back of the room (eating burgers with your hands).Friendly and helpful service, we were also asked how the meat was cooked, choosingWe for medium.Taste of very fresh minced meat and brioche bread.I only notice the “wetness” of the bread, which makes it a little soft, but that doesn’t prove to be a problem beyond that.The alheira and cheese ball was also very tasty.The potatoes were well fried and without much oil.A pleasant and refreshing experience within Oeiras park.

The size of the burgers is simply ridiculous. They look like menus for children. I don't know if it will only be at Oeiras Park, but at Alegro Sintra the burgers are much bigger and the fries are not frozen. Never here again. Don't fool me again. €43 for two adults and one child.
The food is good, however the service is extremely arrogant, with total lack of interest on the part of all the staff (apart from the cook). The service is paid but it seems like they are doing you a favor, which is a shame. Happy holidays and thank you.

Well can’t talk about the food once I was not even served… I was there at the counter there were two waitresses at the end of the counter. One of them looked at me three times and ignored me… so I decided not to take that and left seeking for another restaurant.
Concluding, very poor service and respect from, at least, one of them…
