Very slow service and service, it is very hot inside the establishment and they are not authorized to turn on the air conditioning

The space is pleasant but the service is terrible, and has always been that way. 15 minutes to get a simple coffee, another 15 to bring the bill and then another 15 to bring the change.

Catastrophic service means a lot of time waiting to have a cocktail.

I confirm that the wait was from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm, not counting the change of Cocktail. The most incredible thing was that the girl who had supposedly gone off shift appeared again to serve tables from 7pm onwards. I hope my comment is useful in improving your services.

We arrived for dinner with 5 people (4 adults and a child) and we couldn't put two tables together. We liked to know where we were going to put the dishes. After much conversation, they allowed us to join the tables.
The food, nothing special, apart from the mistakes of ordering it without bacon and forgetting to put the arugula in two. French fries, tasteless hamburger, tasteless breaded hamburger. I expected more. The environment is very beautiful. A place with a lot of potential, but it needs a cook with experience to add a little flavor to these foods.

EDIT: Response to the establishment's comment
- We spoke to the employee who was serving our table, we showed our dissatisfaction with the treatment and in response she did not apologize, she even showed indifference bordering on disrespect
- We also heard the person in charge say (in relation to another table that was complaining), and I paraphrase: "Do you want to leave a complaint? Write it down, make a drawing until there is space for it"
