In the absence of notice about how the order would be made, I sat inside the creperie for more than 10 minutes without being served. The crepe shop was empty and the two employees were standing there talking to each other!

I waited 10 minutes for someone to come and serve me and deliver the menu (the creperie was practically empty and had plenty of staff). I still don't understand whether the order is placed at the counter or whether an employee should assist me.
