I went to the restaurant for dinner (14-02-2024) and waited approximately 40 minutes for a table, after being told it was 5 minutes. After we were seated, it took 20 minutes for us to be given our menus, after ordering dinner and after 2 hours, the manager and owner of the establishment came to the table and asked what our order was. The starters were served 2:25 hours after placing the order. After this terrible embarrassment, the steak came to the table with a fishy flavor (inadmissible after so much waiting, shameful).Our experience was horrible.A lack of organization mainly on the part of the manager, lack of training and professionalism, shirts untucked (lack of professional panache), I even recommend taking some training especially in the table service area (dirty tablecloths rolled up on other tables, lifting just 2 dishes and leave the bread and salad on the table until coffee is served, unacceptable).Much to improve.
